So..The smurfs came alive on 3D after decades of history on this cartoon. When the movie was released...almost everyone was literally using the "Smurf" terms on FB. Smurfing here, there and everywhere. Honestly..I find it a lil annoying. No offence.
The classic cartoon version. Reminds me of my childhood.
However..the movie was not bad..hilarious..gullible...touching maybe..as what to expect from it.
Storyline, as usual..a peaceful and happy land always gets disrupted by an enemy. Here..the enemy is "Gargamel"...A wizardy kinda man..They then landed into the "Real-human" world...where they were also discovered by a married couple who also helped them out along the way..
It was a good ending...Laughed at certain parts..also kinda doze off at certain part.
Starring: Hank Azaria, the very pretty Katy Perry and Jonathan Winters.
Would rate the movie 8/10
