Went over to Ribs, located at Bandar Utama, nearby a school as a friend, Khy Li was cooking there.
Oh, he is a great chef-to-be :). Trust me.
Went with 2 classmates, Jules and Jazz, including my bro.
I gotta say, the restaurant ambience was not too bad, although its a small mini little neighbourhood restaurant.
Let's get down to food talking :)
First up, was of course, the caesar salad. Taste was= Excellent. Really fresh and good. Nothing too overdone. Portion was perfect, as you can see.
Next up was the fries with sauce and cheese. The topping tastes awesome however, it did not covered the entire fries at the bottom. So basically, we enjoyed the top part very much :P
I forgotten what pasta was this, but as you can see, tomato based sprinkled with some parsley. Either marinara or bolognese maybe? Comes together with a sausage. Taste, nothing to complain about but Jazz could not complete the whole thing. haha.
Oh, and of course, not forgetting the MAIN thing here. ZE ribs! I loved this from the first bite. The taste of the sauce marinated real good into the ribs. It was so good till Sherman gotta suck the bone for the taste. :)
Bratwurst Sausage. LOOKS like a burger, but it ain't one. The sausage was bouncy..if that's the word for it =.=. I love the texture. German sausages are the best (Sounds wrong, no?) Taste wise, it was simple, fried up with onion.
The last but not least to end our dining experience, would be the "tasting sausage" session. Khy Li gave us tried 2 kinds of sausage. Beef and chicken I think. Nice one! The picture somehow can't be rotated =.= but yeah. :)
