Word of mouth surely is powerful. I heard that cakes in Alexis are awesome especially the Tiramisu. Well, the tiramisu is one of a kind..Unique unlike other tiramisu. However, I think what's different is just the sweet sticky brown topping.
I then tried the carrot cake (Pic above) Cause am a fan of one.
Well, the texture was too fragile. the taste was not too bad. The cream topping was a little melt-ish. Worth it? For the size, yes, for the taste, nah.
The BEST carrot cake I have ever tasted would be from "La Manila". Really.. It tastes awesome and affordable!! very affordable. Addictive as well :)
The service at Alexis- IS HELL. Never wanna go back there.
